We can accept work instructions via email, phone, or text to suit you, and you will always receive an acknowledgement, safe in the knowledge that your work request has been dealt with.
We do not operate a call centre environment – all of our personnel are professional, friendly, and efficient. Even out of hours, our phones are manned by one of our directly employed staff, ensuring continuity of service at all times.
