Our senior leadership team has vast experience in carrying out refurbishments. We have been responsible for large scale property refurbishments, for many multinational companies in the UK and Ireland.

We are also able to be flexible with our approach to projects and refurbishments. We are often asked to refurbish parts of the building rather than a complete refurbishment. We will work with you to carefully establish the scope of works before the commencement of the project to ensure all parties are clear with their expectations and to ensure we deliver your vision.
We have experience in dealing with a range of budgets, we can offer cost effective solutions whilst maintaining a quality finish but we can also offer more luxurious solutions for those clients wishing to enhance their environments using a higher quality of materials.
Your project will be assigned a project manager, who will be your first point of contact for day to day issues. Your project manager will ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible and will work closely with the onsite team. Saving you as the client time and worry. They will establish a regular means of communication with you and site visits during the project if required.
All of our onsite team and subcontractors take Health and Safety extremely seriously. All of our site foreman and operatives undergo a high level of training, with subcontractors being regularly vetted by our external health and safety consultant. We carry out regular audits to ensure our site teams are compliant with our health and safety policies and procedures and we will always prioritise site safety above everything else.

Located in one of the most iconic shopping locations in the UK, WAYS FM successfully submitted a tender for the refurbishment of Fraser Hart’s flagship store.
